Webenza has worked in digital marketing for 13+ years. It employs 180+ people across four offices in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, and Houston. Its homepage displays 40 client logos, with names like Salesforce, Bosch, and Fossil. I took all of these figures from Webenza’s own website.
A long client list looks great. But does this agency suit your brand and your budget? To find out, I went through review sites, staff ratings, and Webenza’s own pages. Below is my honest Webenza review, with a score for every factor I check.
TL;DR
- Webenza is a full-service digital agency from Bengaluru. Puneet Pahuja founded it and still leads it.
- It does much more than SEO. It also handles branding, ads, social media, design, video, and reputation work.
- Large brands such as Salesforce, Bosch, and Manipal Hospitals appear on its client lists.
- I could not find any client reviews for it on Clutch or GoodFirms.
- Staff give it 3.4 out of 5 on Glassdoor, with low marks for work-life balance.
- It talks about GEO, but I saw no AI search case study and no prices on the site.
- My overall score is 3 out of 5. It fits big brands that want everything under one roof.
History of Webenza
Puneet Pahuja launched Webenza in Bengaluru. Most public profiles place the start in 2012. That matches the website, which says the agency has run for over 13 years.
In its early days, Webenza focused on social media marketing. An old directory listing shows it even built its own social analytics tool, called IncPot.
Then the menu grew. Webenza added SEO, paid ads, web development, UX design, influencer marketing, and online reputation management. It also set up StudioW, its own video production arm.
Today the head office sits in Kodihalli, Bengaluru. Webenza also has offices in Mumbai, Delhi, and Houston in the USA. The leadership team includes Pradeep Nair (Executive VP), Ganesh Shetty (CFO), and Anuraag Rai Kochhar (CTO).
What Factors Did I Use to Judge Webenza?
I rate every agency on the same six factors. Each factor gets marks out of 5.
| Factor | The question I ask | Webenza’s marks |
| Proof of results | Does it show numbers I can check? | 3.5 / 5 |
| Client reviews | Do clients praise it on outside sites? | 2.5 / 5 |
| AI SEO skills | Can it win a place in ChatGPT and AI Overviews? | 3 / 5 |
| Price and contract | Can I see the cost and terms up front? | 2.5 / 5 |
| Clear claims | Do its facts hold up elsewhere? | 3.5 / 5 |
| Team stability | Are its people happy at work? | 3 / 5 |
| Overall | Average of the six | 3 / 5 |
One honest note: I am not a Webenza client. Every mark comes from information anyone can find online.
What Does Webenza Do, and Why These Marks?
Webenza covers six areas: strategy, creative, digital marketing, social and influencer work, UX and web development, and reputation management. SEO sits inside digital marketing, next to paid ads.
Proof of results: 3.5 out of 5
The Bangalore SEO page lists four wins:
- A global IT firm grew organic traffic by 230% in the US and UK.
- An IVF brand gained 105% in under a year.
- A conversational AI company gained 113% in under six months.
- A fashion retailer went from zero to 1 million organic visits in nine months.
These numbers impress me. But the page hides the brand names, so I cannot check them. That costs Webenza marks here.
AI SEO skills: 3 out of 5
Webenza calls itself an AI-driven agency. Its SEO service page says it now works on GEO, which helps brands appear in AI answers.
That is a good sign. Yet I found only that one line. I saw no separate GEO or AEO page, and no case study from ChatGPT, Perplexity, or AI Overviews.
Price and contract: 2.5 out of 5
I could not find a single price on the website. Webenza offers a free SEO audit and proposal, but only to “qualified businesses”. It says most clients see gains within two to three months.
So you must request a quote to learn the cost. I also found nothing about contract length or exit terms.
Clear claims: 3.5 out of 5
Webenza’s basic facts hold up. Outside profiles support the founding year, the Bengaluru base, and a team of well over 100 people. I trimmed the marks because the SEO results carry no brand names and no dates.
What Do Reviews Say About Webenza?
Almost every public review of Webenza comes from staff, not from clients. This is what I found in October 2026.
| Where I looked | Rating | Reviews | Key point |
| Glassdoor | 3.4 / 5 | 136 | 62% would recommend it as a workplace |
| MouthShut | 3.5 / 5 | 4 votes | A very small sample |
| Indeed | 2.5 / 5 | 4 | Old staff reviews, small sample |
| Clutch and GoodFirms | None found | 0 | I could not find client reviews |
| Webenza’s own site | Quotes only | 4 | Praise from Kurlon, Manipal Hospitals, Prestige, and Featherlite |
Here is how I read this:
- Client voices are missing. The only client praise sits on Webenza’s own pages, and every agency picks its best quotes. So client reviews get 2.5 from me.
- Staff enjoy the learning. Glassdoor reviewers often mention good clients and career growth. Career opportunities score 3.6 there.
- Long hours come up a lot. Work-life balance scores just 2.7 on Glassdoor. Tired teams can change often, so team stability gets 3.
Where Does Webenza Shine, and Where Does It Fall Short?
Strong points
- One team handles strategy, design, ads, social media, video, and SEO.
- It has served large B2B and B2C brands for 13+ years.
- Four offices, including one in the USA, help with global projects.
- It runs special SEO pages for healthcare and real estate.
- A named SEO head sits on the leadership team.
Weak points
- The website shows no prices.
- I found no client reviews on the big B2B review sites.
- Its GEO promise comes without proof.
- Its SEO results hide the brand names.
- Staff often report long working hours.
Is Webenza right for you?
Webenza suits a large or mid-size brand that wants one partner for everything. Think brand films, social media, ads, and SEO together. A startup that needs only sharp AI SEO may not need such a big setup.
Why You Should Give Road To Top 5 A Chance for Your AI SEO
Webenza does a bit of everything. We do one thing: search. If AI search worries you most, our focus works in your favour.
This is what Road To Top 5 brings to your brand:
- AI search is our main job. We run GEO services, AEO services, and LLM SEO as full services, not as side notes.
- One framework steers every project. We call it FPDP: Find, Prioritise, Discover, Plan and Execute. Revenue decides what we fix first.
- An experienced founder leads us. Mohit Verma has spent 10+ years in SEO.
- You can hire a single expert. Need just one skill? Bring in an AEO expert or a GEO expert from our team.
- Our proof carries names. Our case studies name the brands, such as Ozonetel and Serenity Hostels.
- You can begin with a roadmap. Our SEO strategy package maps out your next steps before the heavy work starts.

Should You Hire Webenza? My Verdict
Webenza earns 3 out of 5 from me. Its range of services, long track record, and big-brand clients stand out.
Three gaps hold it back: thin client feedback on outside sites, hidden pricing, and unproven AI search work. Before you sign, request named SEO case studies, real GEO examples, and a written quote.
A large brand that wants an all-in-one partner should talk to Webenza. A startup chasing AI search visibility should also meet a focused SEO team and compare the two.

Disclaimer
This review reflects my own opinion, based on public information I gathered in October 2026. I have never been a Webenza client, and no one paid me to write this. Ratings, services, and team details change over time, so please visit the sources before you decide. I own Road To Top 5, an SEO agency, so weigh my view with that in mind. All brand names remain the property of their owners.
