Infidigit reports 3.1 billion+ organic sessions and 39 million+ leads for its clients. It also counts 135+ case studies, 100+ awards, and a team of 150+ SEO specialists. The agency started in 2017, so it built all of this in under ten years. I pulled these numbers from Infidigit’s own homepage.
Billions of sessions sound amazing on paper. Still, I wanted proof from outside the agency. So I read client reviews, staff ratings, and its AI search case studies. Here is my honest Infidigit review, with marks for six factors.
TL;DR
- Infidigit is an SEO agency from Mumbai with a second office in New York. Kaushal Thakkar founded it in 2017.
- It works mostly with large brands such as Myntra, ICICI Prudential, and Razorpay.
- Its AI search work looks strong. One case study shows 39x growth in traffic from AI tools.
- Clutch shows a perfect 5.0, but from only 3 reviews.
- Clients call its fees high. The usual project on Clutch costs $50,000 or more.
- My overall score is 3.8 out of 5. It is a great fit for enterprises and a stretch for small startups.
History of Infidigit
Kaushal Thakkar started Infidigit in Mumbai in April 2017. He trained as an engineer and worked as a product manager. Before Infidigit, he handled SEO for ecommerce names like Myntra and Craftsvilla.
He grew the agency without outside funding. Infidigit focused on technical SEO for big websites from day one. Early clients included Myntra and the South African store Superbalist.
Awards came quickly. In 2020, Infidigit won an SMX Award for a Black Friday campaign. The agency also built its own SEO software, called Infigrowth.
The team has grown to 150+ people. The Mumbai office now sits in Goregaon West, and a New York office serves US clients. Today, Infidigit calls itself a growth partner built for AI-driven discovery.
Which Six Factors Decide My Infidigit Score?
I judge all agencies with one scorecard. It has six factors, and each one earns up to 5 points.
| Factor | What earns points | Infidigit’s points |
| Proof of results | Case studies that name the brand and the numbers | 4.5 / 5 |
| Client reviews | Plenty of strong reviews on outside sites | 3.5 / 5 |
| AI SEO skills | Proven wins in ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI Overviews | 4.5 / 5 |
| Price and contract | Costs a growing business can afford | 3 / 5 |
| Clear claims | The same facts on every page | 3.5 / 5 |
| Team stability | Staff who would recommend the workplace | 3.5 / 5 |
| Overall | Average of the six | 3.8 / 5 |
A quick word on fairness: I have not been an Infidigit client. I scored it using public information alone.
What Does Infidigit Offer, and How Did Each Factor Fare?
Infidigit centres on organic growth. It offers SEO, ecommerce SEO, enterprise SEO, LLM SEO, CRO, app store optimisation, content writing, and website development. It also runs its own SEO platform, Infigrowth.
Proof of results: 4.5 out of 5
This is Infidigit’s best area. Its case studies name the brands and show the numbers. For example, Myntra’s kids’ category grew revenue by 270%. The homepage also carries quotes from named leaders at Myntra, ICICI Prudential, and Dun & Bradstreet.
I kept half a point back because the agency publishes these numbers itself.
AI SEO skills: 4.5 out of 5
Infidigit runs a full LLM SEO service and has a page of LLM case studies. Two results stand out:
- ICICI Prudential saw 39x growth in sessions from AI tools and 1,093 AI Overview rankings.
- Dun & Bradstreet saw 57x growth in LLM traffic and 1,500+ AI placements.
An outside voice agrees. A US retailer hired Infidigit for SEO and GEO, then reported 26% more organic visibility on Clutch in September 2026.
Price and contract: 3 out of 5
Infidigit is not cheap. On Clutch, the most common project size is $50,000 to $199,999. One client paid about $5,200 a month. Another said the fee was higher than what a US agency had charged.
Clients still rate its cost at 4.7 out of 5, so they feel the price is fair. But a young startup may struggle with it.
Clear claims: 3.5 out of 5
The core facts match everywhere: founded in 2017, based in Mumbai, led by Kaushal Thakkar. The small numbers wobble, though. The same homepage says 80+, 100+, and 110+ awards. It also says both 150+ and 180+ experts. These look like old lines nobody updated.
What Do Clients and Employees Think of Infidigit?
Clients love Infidigit, but only a few have said so on outside sites. Staff ratings land in the middle. I gathered these figures in October 2026.
| Platform | Rating | Reviews | What I learned |
| Clutch | 5.0 / 5 | 3 | Deep technical skill and tidy project management |
| Glassdoor | About 3.7 / 5 | 67 | 75% of staff would recommend it |
| Infidigit’s homepage | Quotes only | Several | Named leaders from Myntra, ICICI Prudential, and D&B |
My reading of these numbers:
- Three reviews is a thin base. The Clutch score is perfect, yet an agency with 200+ brands should have many more reviews. That keeps client reviews at 3.5.
- You need your own developers. One Clutch client warns that Infidigit is very tech-focused. Without developers to carry out its ideas, you may not benefit.
- Speed can dip. A recent client felt the project moved slowly at one point. The team listened and fixed it at once.
- Staff views are mixed. Glassdoor reviewers like the learning and their colleagues. Pay scores lower, at 3.2 out of 5. Infidigit itself says it won Great Place to Work two years in a row.
What Are Infidigit’s Upsides and Downsides?
Upsides
- It shows named case studies from famous brands.
- Its AI search results come with real numbers.
- It has deep technical SEO skills, as clients confirm.
- It owns an SEO platform, Infigrowth.
- It says it assigns a dedicated project manager to each brand.
Downsides
- Fees run high for a small business.
- Outside review sites carry very few client reviews.
- You need in-house developers to apply its advice.
- Award and team counts differ across its own homepage.
- Staff rate pay below other areas.
Who is Infidigit best for?
Infidigit fits enterprise and mid-market brands best, mainly in ecommerce and finance. These companies have large websites, developer teams, and healthy budgets. A small startup with a lean team may find the cost and the technical load too heavy.
Why You Should Give Road To Top 5 A Chance for Your AI SEO
Infidigit shines with enterprise brands that have big budgets and developer teams. Many startups have neither. That is the gap we fill at Road To Top 5.
We begin every project with our FPDP framework. First, we Find your best growth chances. Next, we Prioritise them by revenue. Then we Discover new ones, and finally we Plan and Execute. You always know why each task comes first.
AI search sits at the heart of our work. Our LLM SEO, AEO, and GEO services aim to get your brand mentioned when people ask ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity for advice.
We also understand different kinds of businesses. We build separate plans for ecommerce stores, B2B companies, and BFSI brands. Our case studies show what that work has achieved.
Our founder, Mohit Verma, has worked in SEO for 10+ years. And our SEO packages lay out the scope before you begin.

The Bottom Line: Should You Hire Infidigit?
Infidigit gets 3.8 out of 5 from me. Its named case studies and AI search results impressed me.
Two things lower the score: the high fees and the tiny number of outside reviews. Before you commit, ask Infidigit for two client references. Ask for a clear monthly cost. And check that your own developers have time for the work.
Run a large ecommerce or finance brand? Infidigit belongs near the top of your list. Run a startup on a tight budget? Look at leaner AI SEO teams too, and then decide.
