Top 10 GEO Agencies in India (2026): Ranked by Proof, Not by Self-Praise
Generative engine optimization, or GEO, is the work of getting your brand named inside answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews. It became an $848 million industry in 2025, according to Dimension Market Research figures quoted by Dattva AI, and almost every Indian SEO agency now sells it. Before writing this, we read eight “best GEO agency in India” lists published on agency websites. All eight put the agency that wrote the list at number one. Only one of them, PROHED, admitted it openly. So we threw out the self-praise and built a different test: what can each agency actually prove, in public, before you pay them?
TL;DR
We scored 10 GEO agencies in India on five things a founder can check without a sales call: published AI-citation proof, visible pricing, freedom to exit, how deep their GEO work goes, and fit for startups. Dattva AI, TripleDart and GetCito came out on top because they publish the most about their method, prices or results. ThatWare is strong on technology but shares little about price. Road To Top 5 is on the list too, but unlike every other list we read, we didn’t put ourselves first. We scored ourselves on the same five tests and landed at number four, mainly because we still have fewer public AI-citation results than the top three.
The Self-Ranking Problem (And Why We Built a Proof Test)
Search “best GEO agency in India” and you’ll mostly land on lists written by agencies. Trigital Solutions, Adexorb, Digimark Agency, Dattva AI, ZeroAdo, Coding on the Rocks, PROHED and Verbinden all published lists in 2026, and each one placed itself first. That doesn’t make them bad agencies. It just means those lists can’t help you choose.
GEO has a second problem too. Results are hard to see. An agency can say “we got you cited by ChatGPT”, and you have no easy way to check it. So we only gave credit for things that are public and checkable:
- Proof: Do they publish named clients with AI-citation or AI-traffic numbers?
- Price clarity: Can you see a starting price before you talk to sales?
- Exit freedom: Can you stop without a long lock-in?
- GEO depth: Is GEO a core skill, or a new label on old SEO?
- Startup fit: Will a small or early-stage company get value at its budget?
Where we couldn’t find public information, we gave a middle score of 3 rather than guess.

1. Dattva AI
Dattva AI is a specialist GEO agency focused on B2B and SaaS companies in India, Southeast Asia and the US. Its method is unusually open. It tracks a small set of buyer questions it calls “Money Prompts” across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini every month, does the technical fixes itself (schema, llms.txt, AI crawler rules), builds mentions on sources like Wikidata, G2 and Reddit, and even corrects wrong facts that AI tools repeat about a brand. Billing happens in phases, and each phase is paid only after the previous work is live.
- Pros: GEO is the whole business; phase-by-phase billing; a free AI visibility check; fixes wrong AI answers about your brand.
- Cons: Few named client results in public; best suited to tech companies.
- Best fit for: Early-stage B2B and SaaS founders who want a GEO specialist and like paying only after each stage is delivered.
- Not suited for: Local service businesses or D2C brands that need ads, social media or regional-language content alongside GEO.
Score: 4.2 / 5
2. TripleDart
TripleDart started in Bengaluru in December 2020 and also works from Plano, Texas. It has about 120 people and says it has worked with 300+ B2B tech companies, naming Freshworks, CleverTap and Cognizant among them. Its GEO work runs on its own platform, Slate, and its published results are the most specific we found: 134% more AI citations for Meegle in nine months, and a 3,650% rise in AI-referred sessions for Signeasy.
- Pros: Strong, named proof; published starting price; no long-term commitment.
- Cons: Starts at around $5,000 a month; built mainly for funded SaaS.
- Best fit for: Funded SaaS companies whose buyers compare tools inside ChatGPT and Perplexity, and who need content produced at high volume.
- Not suited for: Bootstrapped startups, consumer brands or local businesses working with budgets well under $5,000 a month.
Score: 4.1 / 5
3. GetCito
GetCito began in 2023 as an open-source tool for tracking how often AI tools mention a brand, then added a done-for-you GEO service on top. It runs from Noida and Phoenix, Arizona, and tracks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot and Google’s AI Overviews. Pricing is fully public: a free self-hosted version, managed plans from $599 to $999 a month, and custom pricing for large companies.
- Pros: The clearest pricing in this list; you can test the tool free before hiring anyone; wide AI platform coverage.
- Cons: More of a tracking product than a full content team; contract terms aren’t spelled out publicly.
- Best fit for: Teams with an in-house marketer who mainly want to measure AI visibility first and decide on outside help later.
- Not suited for: Founders who want a team to write content, fix the website and build authority for them end to end.
Score: 4.1 / 5
4. Road To Top 5
Yes, this is us, and we scored ourselves on exactly the same five tests. We are a Bengaluru-based SEO and GEO agency started in 2022, and we don’t take retainers. Every engagement is a 3-month sprint run on our FPDP framework: find the AI prompts and pages that matter to your buyers, prioritise them by revenue impact, discover gaps competitors have missed, then plan and execute. We publish case studies for brands like Ozonetel and Nanak Accountants, but we’re still building public AI-citation numbers, which is why our proof score sits at 3.
- Pros: No retainer and a clear 90-day exit point; GEO and SEO only, so nothing distracts the team; work ranked by revenue, not just mentions.
- Cons: No public price list; fewer published AI-citation results than TripleDart; we don’t run ads or social media.
- Best fit for: Startups and small to mid-size companies that want GEO and SEO judged on revenue every quarter, without a long lock-in.
- Not suited for: Brands that want one agency for ads, influencers and social media, or large enterprises that need a 100-person team.
Score: 4.1 / 5
5. DigiStreet Media
DigiStreet Media is a Noida agency that has worked on search for industrial and B2B brands since 2013. Instead of selling GEO as an extra, it includes AI visibility tracking in every SEO plan. It has published GEO case studies for named brands like Intex, JBM Group and Pravek Kalp, and its pricing starts at ₹50,000 plus GST a month.
- Pros: Named GEO case studies; open pricing; strong fit for manufacturing and B2B.
- Cons: GEO comes bundled with SEO, so you can’t buy it alone; ₹50,000 a month is steep for early startups.
- Best fit for: Manufacturers, industrial suppliers and healthcare brands that already need ongoing SEO and want AI tracking included.
- Not suited for: Early startups with small budgets, or brands that only want a short GEO project.
Score: 3.7 / 5
6. ZeroAdo
ZeroAdo is a Faridabad agency started in April 2022 by Vishnu Goyal. It runs organic, paid, social, email and WhatsApp marketing under one roof, with GEO sitting inside its organic marketing service. Its biggest plus for small businesses is pay-as-you-go pricing with no long-term contract.
- Pros: Plenty of exit freedom; one team for all channels; startup-friendly.
- Cons: GEO isn’t a stand-alone specialty; only one public client story mentions AI traffic.
- Best fit for: Small businesses that want one flexible team handling every channel, with GEO as one part of the mix.
- Not suited for: Companies that need deep, specialist GEO work or detailed AI-citation reporting.
Score: 3.6 / 5
7. Digimark Agency
Digimark Agency was founded in 2014 by Ranjith Reddy and is based in BTM Layout, Bengaluru. It has 100+ clients across ecommerce, healthcare, real estate, education and B2B, and offers “AI SEO (GEO and AEO)” as part of a combined SEO, conversion and paid search team. Plans start at ₹39,999 a month, with monthly Looker Studio reports.
- Pros: Published starting price; clear monthly reporting; useful mix of SEO and conversion work.
- Cons: No public GEO-specific results that we could find; GEO is part of a bundle.
- Best fit for: Established regional brands, such as clinics, schools or real estate firms, that want SEO, conversion and GEO from one local team.
- Not suited for: SaaS companies chasing global AI visibility, or buyers who want GEO-only proof before signing.
Score: 3.4 / 5
8. ThatWare
ThatWare is one of the earlier Indian names in AI search and LLM SEO. It is known for a research-heavy, technical style that leans on entity work, which suits large or data-heavy websites more than simple brochure sites. Coverage of ThatWare often calls it one of the more technically ambitious GEO firms in the country.
- Pros: Deep technical and research focus; long experience with AI search.
- Cons: No public pricing; few named GEO results in public; can feel complex for small teams.
- Best fit for: Enterprises with large, complex websites and in-house teams who enjoy a research-led, technical approach.
- Not suited for: Small businesses that want simple, plain-language reporting and a quick start.
Score: 3.1 / 5
9. Brandconn Digital
Brandconn Digital is a Noida-based agency with offices in the UK and Cyprus, a team of 51 to 200 people, and a 2015 founding year listed on LinkedIn. It positions itself as GEO-first, with work on how people phrase questions inside AI tools, AI-readable content and brand signals. It is a Semrush certified agency partner and won a Clutch Champion award in 2023.
- Pros: GEO-first messaging; international presence; recognised partner badges.
- Cons: No public pricing; a broad service mix, so ask for GEO-only proof.
- Best fit for: Indian SMEs selling to UK and European buyers who want an agency with offices in those markets.
- Not suited for: Buyers who need to see published AI-citation results before they commit.
Score: 3.0 / 5
10. Digi Acai
Digi Acai is led by SEO consultant Neha Agarwal, who brings 17+ years of search experience. It focuses on D2C and ecommerce brands that want to show up when shoppers ask AI what to buy, and it says it has worked with 100+ brands. Its standout skill is regional-language GEO in Hindi, Tamil, Bengali and other Indian languages.
- Pros: Rare regional-language GEO; honest about how long GEO takes; strong for D2C.
- Cons: No public pricing or full office address; few named results.
- Best fit for: D2C and ecommerce brands selling to shoppers in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities who search in Indian languages.
- Not suited for: B2B or SaaS companies targeting English-speaking buyers abroad.
Score: 3.0 / 5
Three Questions to Ask Any GEO Agency
Before you sign with anyone on this list, or with us, put these three questions to them in writing. How an agency answers tells you more than any ranking.
1. Which exact buyer questions will you track, and on which AI tools?
GEO is measured one question at a time. If an agency can’t name the questions your buyers type into ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google’s AI Overviews, it has nothing solid to measure. Ask for a written list of 10 to 30 buyer questions, the AI tools each one will be checked on, and how often they’ll be re-checked, ideally every month. Also ask to see where your brand stands on those questions today, before any work starts. Without that starting point, any “improvement” they report later can’t be checked.
- Good answer: a named list of questions, the tools covered, a monthly re-check, and a before-picture of your brand.
- Red flag: “We’ll improve your overall AI visibility” with no list behind it.
2. Can you show a named client where AI citations or AI traffic went up, with dates?
Anyone can say “we get brands cited by ChatGPT”. Far fewer can show it. Ask for at least one real client name, the questions they tracked, the dates, and the numbers before and after, such as how many AI answers mentioned the brand, or how many visitors arrived from AI tools in Google Analytics. If they can’t share a name because of confidentiality, ask for dated screenshots instead. Then run a couple of those questions in ChatGPT yourself to see if the brand really shows up.
- Good answer: a named or clearly dated example with before-and-after numbers you can partly check yourself.
- Red flag: only SEO traffic graphs, a percentage with no client behind it, or any promise of guaranteed AI placement.
3. What happens if we want to stop after three months?
GEO takes time, but it shouldn’t take your freedom. Ask what the minimum contract length is, how much notice you must give to leave, and what you get to keep when you go: the content, the schema and technical fixes, the tracking data and any accounts set up in your name. A confident agency is happy to be judged every 90 days.
- Good answer: a short minimum term or a clear review point, a simple exit, and everything built in your name staying with you.
- Red flag: a 6 or 12-month lock-in with an exit fee, or work and data that stay with the agency.
Why Should You Try Road To Top 5?
We placed ourselves at number four, not number one, because that is where the same five tests put us. It would make little sense to criticise self-ranking lists and then crown ourselves. Our strongest marks are exit freedom and startup fit; our weakest is public AI-citation proof, which we’re still building. Here is plainly how we work, so you can hold us to the same standard.
We don’t take any client on a retainer. Every engagement is a 3-month SEO and GEO sprint, and you choose whether to continue once the 90 days are up. Each sprint runs on our FPDP framework: we find the AI prompts, pages and keywords your buyers actually use, prioritise them by how much revenue they can bring, discover gaps your competitors have missed, and then plan and execute. That is why our GEO services always sit next to SEO, since AI tools still lean on pages that already rank well.
We work on visibility across ChatGPT and other large language models as well as Google’s AI Overviews and answer boxes, and we report on traffic, leads and revenue rather than mentions alone. You can see what this has done for real brands on our case studies page, and if you’d like a sprint plan for your own site, talk to our team.

Disclaimer
This article is written by the Road To Top 5 team. We run a competing SEO and GEO agency, which is why we scored ourselves on the same test as everyone else instead of placing ourselves first. Scores are our own opinion, based only on information each agency or trusted third parties made public by October 2026. Where we found nothing, we gave a neutral score. Agencies change their prices, services and teams often, so please speak to any agency directly and ask for proof before you hire them.
